House Rules

Dear guests,

We wish you a warm welcome to our hotel Ideja, and we would like to briefly introduce you to our house rules.

  • Every guest is obliged to register their stay at the hotel reception with an identity card or passport. The documents will be returned to him after being entered in the Guest Book.
  • During your stay in the hotel, take care of our environment and pay attention to the rational consumption of water and electricity.
  • The current voltage is 220 V.
  • Visits or business meetings can be held in the common rooms of the hotel, in the bar, in the restaurant, in the lobby, and not in the room.
  • Open flames, smoking, lighting candles, etc. are not allowed in the rooms or corridors of the hotel. 
  • Please use the rooms, devices, equipment and inventory made available to you carefully as a good host.
  • Please report malfunctions or service complaints immediately to the reception.
  • Please note that you are responsible for damage caused by your fault or the fault of the person for whom you are responsible, and you are obliged to compensate it.
  • Valuables and money can be kept in the safe at the reception.
  • Breakfast is served: on weekdays from 07:30 to 09:30; on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
  • Please let the reception know your wish for a lunch package and possible meal changes the day before by 9:00 p.m.
  • Please take care of other guests who want to rest and avoid noise in the room and in the corridors after 23:00.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Due to safety and hygiene reasons, it is not allowed to prepare hot meals or drinks in the room.
  • Please read and follow the instructions on the fire notices posted in the corridors.
  • If you find or lose things, please report them at the reception.
  • The room must be vacated by 12:00. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the reception in good time.
  • Please handle the key card carefully.
  • When leaving the hotel, do not forget to hand over the key or key-card at the reception.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the contract and stop providing services to guests, if they grossly violate the provisions of these house rules and if their behavior causes damage or disturbs other guests in the hotel.
  • During your stay at the hotel, the reception is at your disposal for all the information and assistance you need.
